With over 20 years of diverse experience in IT infrastructure, he has continuously provided high-value services to a wide range of clients, including major system integrators, major financial users, government agencies, manufacturing, and retail, through his work with companies such as Cisco Systems, Accenture, HPE, Morgan Stanley, NTT Data, IBM, and many other big system integrators in Japan, leveraging his technical skills, English proficiency, and communication skills.

His technical expertise encompasses servers, networks, voice, storage, and their associated virtualization. He has experience in system consulting, RFP creation, design, construction, vendor control, and project management. In February 2015, he became the first Japanese to achieve 7xCCIE titles, and in February 2016, he achieved the world's first 8xCCIE & CCDE.

In his business career, he has experienced engineer management in the launch of small and medium-sized system integrator, customer and partner development sales, personnel development, talent acquisition, partner relationship in the establishment of a Japanese corporation of a small foreign-affiliated software company, and bridging back office tasks with foreign superiors. He continued to be involved in business development using technology, and in February 2015, aiming to provide guidance for all IT infrastructure engineers urgently needed for globalization, he established RootLife Co., Ltd. and assumed the position of CEO.
